The Aromatic Horizons project is built on a diverse and powerful transnational cooperation, bringing together expertise from four different European nations. Our partnership is a strategic alliance between educational institutions, agricultural experts, and rural development specialists dedicated to advancing adult education and green skills.
As an Erasmus+ initiative, our consortium works in synergy to bridge the gap between traditional farming and modern agri-entrepreneurship. Each partner brings a unique geographic and technical perspective to the cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants:
- Türkiye (Alaca Public Education Center – Coordinator): Leading the project with extensive experience in lifelong learning and rural adult education, coordinating the integration of local agricultural potential with European standards.
- The Netherlands: Providing cutting-edge insights into agricultural innovation, digital tools, and sustainable farming systems.
- France: Contributing centuries of heritage in aromatic plant distillation, high-quality essential oil production, and premium market strategies.
- Slovakia: Expert in biodiversity conservation, climate-resilient crop management, and ecological farming practices.
Together, we are developing a comprehensive Digital Aromatic Plants Catalog and specialized Training Modules to empower the next generation of eco-conscious farmers across Europe.
