Sharing the Harvest: The Impact of Our Multiplier Events

Sharing the Harvest: The Impact of Our Multiplier Events

How we bring our project results to the community and foster a network of sustainable agriculture enthusiasts.

An Erasmus+ project is only as successful as the impact it creates in the real world. At Aromatic Horizons, we believe that knowledge grows best when it is shared. This is the core philosophy behind our Multiplier Events—a series of dynamic gatherings designed to disseminate the results of our hard work to the people who need them most.

What are Multiplier Events?

Multiplier Events are large-scale national conferences held in each partner country (Türkiye, France, Slovakia, and the Netherlands). Unlike internal project meetings, these events are open to the public. They serve as a bridge connecting our project team with local farmers, agricultural educators, policy makers, and aspiring rural entrepreneurs.

The primary goal is to showcase our Intellectual Outputs: the Training Modules and the Digital Aromatic Plants Catalogue.

A Platform for Dialogue and Learning

Our events are structured not just as presentations, but as interactive workshops. During a typical Multiplier Event, participants can expect:

  • Hands-on Demonstrations: We guide attendees through our digital tools, showing them exactly how to access and utilize the training materials for their own benefit.
  • Expert Panels: We invite local experts in agronomy and rural development to discuss the challenges and opportunities in the aromatic plant sector.
  • Networking Opportunities: These events create a unique ecosystem where a novice farmer can speak directly with an agricultural engineer, or where an educator can find new resources for their classroom.

The “Multiplier” Effect

Why do we call them “Multiplier” events? Because every participant acts as a seed. When an agricultural trainer attends our event, they take our free resources back to their classrooms, reaching hundreds of students. When a local official attends, they gain insights that can shape better rural policies.

By sharing our resources freely and widely, we ensure that the “Aromatic Horizons” project continues to generate value long after the official funding period ends. We are building a community dedicated to green skills and sustainable growth.
