Partners deep-dive into project deliverables, roles, and responsibilities during the second day of the transnational meeting.

ÇORUM – Following the successful grand opening, the second day of the AromaticHorizons4Adults project (KA210) took place on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. The session was held at the Çorum Public Education Center conference hall, focusing on the technical execution and strategic coordination of the project’s upcoming phases.

Defining the Roadmap and Responsibilities

The primary focus of the second day was to align the consortium on project activities, milestones, and expected outputs. During the intensive working sessions, partners from Türkiye, the Netherlands, Slovakia, and France engaged in detailed discussions regarding:

  • Task Allocation: Clear definitions of the duties and responsibilities assigned to each partner organization.
  • Activity Timeline: Fine-tuning the schedule for the development of training modules and the digital aromatic plants catalog.
  • Contribution Framework: Establishing the specific expertise and local data each partner will contribute to ensure high-quality results.

The meeting aimed to strengthen the synergy between institutions, ensuring a synchronized approach to the implementation of adult education strategies in the aromatic plant sector.

Recognition of Collaboration

The productive atmosphere of the day concluded with a formal Certificate Ceremony. All participants were presented with certificates of attendance, recognizing their contribution to the strategic planning phase of the project.

By the end of the day, a solid foundation of cooperation and mutual understanding was established, marking a successful start to the project’s operational journey. The partnership now moves forward with a unified vision to empower adult learners with sustainable green skills across Europe.
